Sessions Include:
All baby, belly and kid art sessions are blessed with a $25 credit with a $100 min. purchase in 30 days. (Expired credits cannot be renewed.) They include 30-45 minutes and 1-2 outfits.
All Boudoir, Senior, TTD (Trash-the-Dress), and E-sessions (Engagement) are blessed with a $100 credit with $300 min. purchase in 30 days. (Expired credits cannot be renewed.) They include studio, location, 2-3 outfits (+ yearbook for seniors), 1-2 hours and if desired, a mini glamour session if desired (client provides products).
All Senior sessions also include yearbook and newspaper (as needed by paper/school) image submissions. E-sessions also include newspaper image submission (client responsible for write-up and any applicable fees with newspaper).
All Wedding Day Sessions receive $600* album/print/product credit, two photographers, all day coverage up to 8 hours, travel up to 100 miles (additional travel fees may be applicable), wedding day schedule, and gift registry. *($600 credit expires one year from wedding date.)
Wedding Sessions can now add on our Faux Photo Booth for $200 (at reception only). This is great fun for the guests, as well as a nice thank-you gift from the bride/groom to the guests. FPB images can be purchased by the bride/groom at discounted prices as gifts or thank-you cards. They can also be purchased by the guests on guest website.
Wedding-in-a-Bag: All-inclusive wedding coverage from several vendors coming 2010; if you are an interested vendor, please contact us for details.
Lipstick Lounge: Boudoir girly parties; fun & silly times with your besties. Take turns in the lounge creating sexy private images as a surprise for your hubby! 3-5 girls. (You may do a single session in lieu of a party.)
BellyBebe Art: $300 includes belly, newborn and one year art sessions. After the last session, a 16x24 custom designed storyboard from the 3 sessions, complete with baby's newborn stats and color accents to match the nursery and gatorboard mounted for easel display or artboard for framing.
College Art Pack (for seniors): Metal pearlescent business card case with image/name/email/Facebook/Cell on front with 60 business cards to match. Special pricing available for HarveyHouse seniors. (Great for meeting new friends at college!)
We offer gift registry and gift certificates for any of the above sessions or just for dollar amount. We offer all sizes of professional prints in color, black&white or sepia. We also offer several lines of albums/books, canvas wraps, storyboards, metals, accordian wallets and skinny mini wallets, as well as many gifts. We custom design all our premium albums, coffee table books, bookmarks, postcards, greeting cards and high-end designer cards. (Our cards are great for Christmas, Save-the-Date, Graduation/Baby announcements and more. Our premium albums are for the bride who wants a high quality product while preserving her memories for her children and grandchildren while our coffee table books work well for budget brides, as well as guestbooks for both weddings and graduation parties alike. Samples are available for viewing with appointment.)

Proof sizes (3x5, 4x4, 4x5, 4x5, 5x5 are available for order as premium print. We will custom color/contrast correct and do basic touch-up on all these sized prints, as we do for all sizes. But, due to the lower-priced items, we will charge a pose-change-fee of $15 for every 5th pose.
Custom wedding package prices are honored for 60 days after event site is finalyzed (this applies only to past wedding packages or clients who pre-picked their book/products/prints for a custom package; otherwise weddings are booked as coverage only and pricing on prints/products will be price at time of order/deposit.)

While we archive all your images free for a lifetime, they will be available for viewing/purchasing for a limited amount of time. To pull the images from archives at a later date, there is a $30 fee and a waiting period, depending on the season. Thank you for your understanding. Images shown only in B&W are ONLY available in B&W; if they are ordered in color, they will be printed in B&W.
Please note. The same person you deal with at consultations is the same person that will shoot your session, the same person that will handle your account, the same person that will handle customer service, the same person that will edit/organize/enhance your images, the same person that will create your event site, blah, blah, blah. The good news is the style represented to you will be consistent and we hope a relationship will be developed during the ease of dealing with one person. The bad news that one person is a perfectionist and all by herself, aka SLOW. Turn-around time on art sessions is 2-4 weeks. Turn-around time on TTD, E-sessions and Seniors is 3-5 weeks. Turn-around time on weddings is 60-90 days. Please also note prices subject to change without notice, due to constant changes within the industry, but we will not allow any changes during the intial 60 days your event website is online. Book/Album prices are subject to change without notice. Pre-paid packages including books/albums are honored for up to 60 days after the event site is finalyzed. We bless our clients with credits for early orders. All sessions, except weddings, receive gift credit within the first 30 days AFTER event site goes live ONLY. All weddings receive gift credit until one year anniversary ONLY.
